The original Harding’s Run community was developed by the Iacobucci family in the early 1980’s. In 1983,
Ray Iacobucci was responsible for obtaining the first approvals in Hamilton Township, NJ certified under

created a community of 700 mix clustered homes on 70 acres with an additional 500 acres preserved as permanent
