Builder Awards

Ray Iacobucci was named Builder of the Year in January, 2006 for his work in 2005. This award, called the Pillar Award, is given annually by the Home Builders Association of Chester and Delaware Counties and recognizes the Builder who exemplifies outstanding work in fostering the welfare of their business, customers, communities, and the local, state and national home builders associations.

Over the years, the Iacobucci family and their corporate partners have been members of The National Association of Homebuilders as well as active participants and leaders in several local HBA chapters. They have won numerous awards for their building and community partnership activities including recognition from The Homebuilders Association of Delaware and Chester Counties (Pyramid Awards), The Homebuilders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties (Pinnacle Awards), and The Builder's League of South Jersey (Sam Awards).

In addition, in 2005 they won a coveted national award from the Senior Housing Council of The National Association of Homebuilders for their Ovations at Elk View Community which was recognized as the Best Midsize Active Adult Community.
